General Terms and Conditions:
A booking constitutes a binding contract. You are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let including for premature curtailment of stay. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date i.e. 48 hours after booking date. Deposits are not refundable but considered cancellation fees in the event of a cancellation except for extraordinary circumstances where review will be done at the sole discretion of the owners.
No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to share the accommodation.
The terms and conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit or credit card details. A copy of the bank transfer/Proof of Payment is to be e-mailed to the Guesthouse. Alternatively, the credit card number, expiry date, CVC number (the last three digits on the back of the card) and a copy of the card with signature of holder to confirm that a 50% deposit is to be charged to the card is to be sent to the Guesthouse. Check in time is from 14h00 to 18h00. Breakfasts are being served from 06h30 to 09h00 with departures during this time but at 10h00 latest. Any special requirements differing from the above are to be arranged and agreed with management prior to being effected.
